We provide a wide range of well-maintained accommodation with person-centred support for vulnerable young people between the ages of 16-25.
Our aim is to provide an environment where young people feel safe, heard, nurtured and empowered to venture into adulthood with a greater sense of autonomy.
We understand that all young people are unique and therefore we ensure that we assess their needs, goals and aspirations in order to provide them individualised care packages.
Our practice is in accordance with the Department of Education’ Guide to the Supported Accommodation Regulations including Quality Standards, (March 2023) and the Care Leavers Charter, (October, 2012).
We offer single occupancy and shared accommodation solutions with support depending the level of need of the young people. Our shared accommodation is set up in such a way that each young person has their own bedroom and shared communal areas such as: bathrooms, living room/s, kitchen and garden.
The young people who come into our care include young people who are entering the care system for the first time, those with a previous history of social services involvement, those who have experienced placement breakdowns, some who have been placed out of borough to disrupt harmful behaviour patterns, and recently arrived migrant youth who have been separated from their parents. We undertake due diligence to ensure that the placements are matched to meet the needs of all the young people.
